Finally, Aurangabad is a historical city, capital of India in the 17th century. It is also the starting point for the Ellora and Ajanta caves, listed as World Heritage by UNESCO. We will also take you to small villages to show you the rural sides of India

Day 2: Bombay (Mumbai). For this first day of visit, we will take you to the largest slum in Asia to make you discover the reality of Dharavi. Far from the clichés. The afternoon will be free for leisure. In the evening, we will show you the nightlife of the city.

Day 3: Bombay (Mumbai). The morning will be for exploring the English Bombay and their Victorian heritage. In the afternoon, we will visit the traditional Bombay with its ancient temples.

Day 4: Trip to Nashik. We will leave for Nashik by train.

Day 5: Nashik. Exploring the Hindu holy city. Visit of the Laxman temple and the place of purification of Sita, visit of Sita temple, visit of the Kala Ram temple, visit of the Naroshankar temple, walk towards Panchavati to explore the old city life. In the afternoon, we will visit the old town and the market.

Day 6: Nashik. In the morning, we will climb the sacred mountain of Bramhagiri. In the afternoon, we will discover the other side of Nashik, the wine capital of India.

Day 7: Journey towards Aurangabad. Departure for Aurangabad by train.

Day 8: Aurangabad. Visit of the UNESCO listed Ajanta caves

Day 9: Aurangabad. Visit the Ellora Caves, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 10: Aurangabad: Visit the 3 capitals of the region. Khuldabad, Daultabad and Aurangabad.

Day 11: Paithan: Visit the capital of region’s first empire and discover its unique art of the Paithani sari.

Day 12: Lonar lake. This lake was formed by meteorite impact and it is the third largest crater in the world. It is now a protected space where you can discover the flora and fauna.

Day 13: Charthana. This forgotten little village has 12th century temples as well as traditional wooden houses.

Day 14: Aurangabad: This day will be for relaxation and souvenir shopping Possibility of Ayurvedic massage.
