Everyday, there will be a morning and evening yoga session as well as a meditation session.

Here is the program of the reatreat:

Day 1: Arrive in Aurangabad and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Visit of Aurangabad. The city was the capital of India in the 17th century. This forgotten past has left many monuments that we will discover during this day.

Day 3: Visit the Ajanta Caves, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. These Buddhist caves are known for their fine paintings.

Day 4: We will take you to the mountains to take a short trekking tour and connect with the practice of yoga around nature

Day 5: Visit of Paithan. This village was the capital of the first empire of the region between the 2nd century BC and the 2nd century AD. It is now known for the Paithani sarees. These are the most expensive sarees in India.

Day 6: Visit of Daultabad / Khuldabad. The first was the capital of India in the 14th century while the second was the capital of Sufism and now days remains the second important city of Sufism in India

Day 7: Visit of Lonar Lake. Once again, we will take you to an exceptional place to do yoga. Lonar Lake is the third largest crater in the world. It is now a sanctuary with exceptional biodiversity.

Day 8: Visit the Ellora caves. Ellora’s site is unique for several reasons. It has 36 caves from 3 different religions, Buddhist, Hindu, Jain. The largest monolithic monument in the world, the Kailash Temple is in Aurangabad. That’s why Ellora’s caves are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 9: This last day of tour will be for shopping. We will introduce you to sewing workshops as well as NGOs.

Day 10: Last Yoga session and suggestions to continue your practice. Transfer to the airport or train station.

Day 6: Visit of Mangi Tungi. It is located at highest place in India, religious for Jain. The mountain has two rocky peaks unique in the world and especially the largest jain statue in the world.

Day 7: This day will be for relaxation. You will have the opportunity to speak more with the yoga teacher about your practice

Day 8: Visit of Sandhan valley. This canyon pierced in the mountain is an ideal place to reconnect with nature.

Day 9: Nashik is also the wine capital of India. We will take advantage of this last day to discover the different varieties of wine in different vineyardss.

Day 10: Last yoga class and last tips to continue your practice. Transfer to the station.
